SOLAS-compliant fire insulation & composite reinforcement
Vessels and offshore platforms face unique material demands: fire safety in confined spaces, saltwater corrosion, high humidity, and strict SOLAS/FTP Code certification requirements. Insulation must maintain fire-rated performance after years of marine exposure — moisture absorption can accelerate corrosion and void safety certifications.
Our Solution
Our fiberglass fabrics are inherently moisture-resistant and non-combustible. Aluminum foil fabric provides heat-reflective pipe cladding with built-in vapor barrier, suitable for marine fire safety applications. Silicone coated fabric handles deck equipment covers and expansion joints in salt-laden air. Silicone-coated fireproof fabric creates fire curtains for marine bulkhead applications.
Recommended Products

Thermal insulation, radiant barriers & fire protection for buildings
Modern buildings demand energy efficiency without compromising fire safety. Roof insulation must reflect solar heat in summer and retain warmth in winter. HVAC systems need condensation-resistant duct wrapping. Fire-rated internal partitions require non-combustible barrier materials that meet local building codes.
Our Solution
Aluminum foil fabric acts as a radiant heat barrier — reflecting up to 95% of radiative heat — while the fiberglass core provides mechanical strength and fire resistance. Double-sided foil fabric creates suspended reflective partition curtains. Thermal insulation needle mats offer high-performance bulk insulation for walls, roofs, and floors.
Recommended Products

Aluminum Foil Fabric
Single-sided reflective barrier for roofs and walls. Up to 300°C continuous.

Heat shielding, battery insulation & exhaust system protection
EV battery packs and internal combustion exhaust systems generate extreme heat that must be managed within tight packaging constraints. Thermal runaway protection is critical in EV battery design. Under-hood components need lightweight, flexible materials that withstand 300–550°C while protecting adjacent wiring and plastic components.
Our Solution
Fiberglass tape with high-temperature silicone adhesive wraps exhaust pipes, wire harnesses, and battery interconnect cables. Aluminum foil fabric shields sensitive electronics from radiant heat. Basalt fiber fabrics offer superior thermal resistance for the most demanding under-hood and battery pack applications.

Pipe cladding, equipment jackets & removable insulation systems
Industrial facilities operate equipment at temperatures from cryogenic to 550°C. Insulation must be removable for maintenance, withstand chemical exposure, and deliver consistent thermal performance. Pipe wrapping in chemical plants requires corrosion-under-insulation (CUI) resistance. Cold storage demands moisture-impermeable vapor barriers.
Our Solution
Silicone coated fabric creates flexible, reusable insulation jackets for valves, flanges, and irregular equipment surfaces. Aluminum foil fabric provides cleanable, reflective pipe cladding. Thermal insulation needle mats in custom thicknesses handle bulk-fill applications. Our fiberglass tapes seal insulation joints and provide additional mechanical fastening.
Recommended Products
Silicone Coated Fabric
Removable insulation jackets. Chemical-resistant silicone rubber. A2 fire class.

Welding blankets, fire curtains & high-temperature safety barriers
Welding, cutting, and foundry operations produce molten metal splash, sparks, and radiant heat that can ignite nearby materials and injure workers. Fire curtains in buildings must contain flames for rated periods while allowing evacuation. Industrial plants need barriers that tolerate repeated thermal cycling without degradation or toxic fume release.
Our Solution
Silicone-coated fireproof fabric withstands continuous 550°C and short-term 1000°C exposure — ideal for welding blankets, spark shields, and foundry curtains. Our fiberglass tapes provide edge sealing and reinforcement for fire barrier systems.
Recommended Products

Fireproof Fabric
Silicone or aluminum foil coated. A1/A2 fire class. No melting, no toxic fumes. 1000°C peak.

Transformer insulation, cable wrapping & PCB thermal management
Electrical transformers, motors, and generators generate heat during operation that must be safely dissipated. Insulation materials must provide dielectric protection at elevated temperatures. PCB assemblies in drones and aerospace electronics need lightweight thermal barriers that don't add significant weight or bulk.
Our Solution
Fiberglass tape with high-temperature adhesive wraps transformer windings and motor coils — providing both electrical insulation and mechanical binding. The E-glass base is inherently dielectric and withstands Class H (180°C) thermal class. Thin fiberglass fabrics provide lightweight flame barriers for compact electronic enclosures and drone PCBs.
Recommended Products

Fiberglass Tape
Electrical-grade tape for transformer and motor coil wrapping. Dielectric E-glass.
