E-glass yarn is precision-woven into high-density fabric on advanced rapier looms. Multiple weave patterns — plain, twill, and satin — are produced to customer specification. Our weaving lines run 24/7 to meet global demand.
Coating & Lamination
Woven fabric passes through automated coating lines where aluminum foil or silicone rubber is applied. Temperature-controlled ovens cure each layer for consistent adhesion and long-term performance.
Slitting & Packaging
Finished rolls are precision-slit to customer widths from 10mm to 2000mm. Every roll is inspected, labeled with traceable batch codes, and export-packaged for container shipment worldwide.
