Our most durable aluminum foil fabric. The PET layer adds a vapor and mechanical barrier beyond standard foil fabrics; the 3732 twill-weave base gives superior tear resistance; the embossed foil surface improves flexibility around curved pipes and irregular shapes.

Quick answers about our aluminum foil fabric — dimensions, foil grades, ordering, and applications.

Standard options: 7μm, 9μm, 18μm, and 20μm pure aluminum foil (8011/1235 alloy). Thinner (7–9μm) = lighter, more flexible, suitable for general thermal reflective wrapping. Thicker (18–20μm) = higher mechanical strength and better radiant heat reflection, recommended for heavy-duty industrial insulation. We can advise based on your application temperature and mechanical requirements.
We use a proprietary high-temperature laminating adhesive developed in-house, applied on our own lamination line. The bond is tested to withstand 300°C continuous for 4+ hours without peeling, blistering, or delamination. We provide test reports on request.
Yes. The aluminum foil layer provides inherent weather resistance and acts as a vapor barrier. For prolonged outdoor exposure, we recommend our thicker foil options (18–20μm). Tell us your environment and we’ll recommend the right grade.

Aluminum foil fiberglass fabric (also called aluminium foil glass cloth in the UK, or foil backed fiberglass insulation in HVAC applications) is a fiberglass cloth laminated with aluminum foil for heat reflection and moisture protection. Different industries use different terms — we manufacture all variations under one quality system.
Yes. We can apply a flame-retardant pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing for peel-and-stick installation. Available on request — specify when inquiring.

Aluminum foil laminated fiberglass fabric (plain weave, coated or laminated, width > 30 cm) is classified under HS 7019.64.90.90. Note: our aluminum foil adhesive tape is classified separately under HS 7607.20.00.00 because the tape's essential character is the aluminum foil. We state the HS code on the commercial invoice for every shipment.
