Ming Yang places the highest priority on the security of our business communications. In recent years, fraudulent emails and messages that impersonate suppliers have become increasingly common worldwide. To help you identify authentic communications from us, we are issuing this official notice.
Our only official email domains
All legitimate emails from Ming Yang, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices, shipping documents and payment information, are sent exclusively from addresses ending in one of the following two official domains:
@jxmygf.com · @myglassfiber.com
Always check the full sender address, not just the display name, which can easily be forged. We do not use personal or free-mail services (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or similar) for any business correspondence.
Please treat as suspicious any message that
- Comes from a domain other than @jxmygf.com or @myglassfiber.com, or from a free-mail service;
- Requests an unexpected change to our bank account or payment details;
- Urgently asks for a transfer, advance payment or refund;
- Asks for passwords, account credentials or other confidential information;
- Contains links, attachments or QR codes you were not expecting.
If you are in doubt, please
- Do not reply to the message, click any links, open attachments, or scan any QR codes it contains;
- Verify directly with us through the contact channels you already have on file;
- Or write to us at one of our official domains listed above for confirmation.
Our commitment to you
Ming Yang will never change bank account information without formal written notice sent from our official domains, and we will never ask you to share passwords or payment credentials by email.
